Paul Stinson, President
As President of CAPRA International, Paul Stinson brings 24 years of extensive experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry. Paul has had senior executive positions in biopharmaceutical companies in four continents: Asia, North America, Europe, and Africa. |
Amongst his diverse set of skills as a senior executive, Paul has the ability to turn around loss-making operations and managing change, managing mid-sized, multi-divisional organisations, strategic planning, fostering collaboration, and mentoring. His working knowledge of four languages has allowed him to develop a keen sense for building partnerships and the difficult task of bridging different cultures.
From January 2001 to November 2004, he served as Executive Director of BC Biotech in Vancouver, and in 2005 as Director General of the Human Proteome Organisation (HUPO), based at McGill University in Montreal. In those roles, he frequently traveled to Asia for business development and partnering opportunities.. In addition, he has participated in a number of Canada Government-led initiatives to other countries.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, and his Masters in Business Administration degree from IMD (International Institute of Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Herman Chor, Associate
Herman has 14 years of professional experience in Internet business development in a variety of industries in North America. He has been an Internet user for nearly 19 years, and has in-depth knowledge of Internet technologies. In addition, his businss skills include leadership, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. |
He has worked as in a number of successful Internet-based and bio-technology start-ups, and has assumed a variety of managerial roles throughout his career. Most recently, he served as President of a fast-growing Internet-based auto parts business. He is Operations Manager for an emerging bio-technology company in San Francisco.
He gradutated from the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of British Columbia.

Wei Du, Associate
Prior to CAPRA, Wei Du was the product manager of Johnson and Johnson. She brings 10 years experience in developing and implementing market strategy and carrying out feasibility studies in North America and China. Through her work with multinational healthcare companies such as J&J and Becton Dickinson, she has accumulated profound knowledge in regulatory affair, customer relationship and distribution management of China's healthcare market. |
Wei speaks fluent Mandarin and English. She holds a bachelor degree of medicine from Peking University, China and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, United States.
