Paul Stinson, President
Paul Stinson is the driving force behind CAPRA International. As President of CAPRA International, he brings 20 years of extensive experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry. His experience has led him to senior executive positions in biopharmaceutical companies in over 4 continents, including Asia, North America, Europe, and Africa. |
Amongst his diverse set of skills as a senior executive, Paul has the ability to turn around loss-making operations and managing change, managing mid-sized, multi-divisional organisations, strategic planning, fostering collaboration, and mentoring. His working knowledge of 4 different languages has allowed him to develop a keen sense for building partnerships and the difficult task of bridging different cultures.
More recently, he has served as Executive Director of BC BioTech, and Director General in the Human Proteome Organisation (HUPO). In those roles, he has frequently traveled to Asia for business development and to develop partnering opportunities.. In addition, he has participated in a number of Canada Government-led initiatives to other countries.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, and his Masters in Business Administration degree from IMD (International Institute of Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Yu Zhang, Vice President
Yu brings 10 years extensive experience in the life sciences field, including over 8 years at Novartis Pharma on various management positions, e.g. Business Development & Licensing, Global Project Management for drug development and Global Marketing, in several markets, e.g. China, Switzerland and UK. |
Most recently, Yu, based in Vancouver, Canada, was responsible for Business Development at the North American Liaison Office of China Medical Doctor Association.
Yu holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School in China & UK, and a B.Sc. in Virology & Molecular Biology from Wuhan University in China. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French

Herman Chor, Associate
Herman has 10 years of professional experience in Internet business development in a variety of industries in North America. He has been an Internet user for nearly 15 years, and has in-depth knowledge of Internet technologies. In addition, his businss skills include leadership, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. |
He has worked as in a number of successful Internet-based and bio-technology start-ups, and has assumed a variety of managerial roles throughout his career. Most recently, he served as President of a fast-growing Internet-based auto parts business. He is currently serving as Operations Manager for an emerging bio-technology company in Vancouver who recently announced plans for a reverse takeover with a NASDAQ company.
He attended the faculty of Computer Science at the University of British Columbia.

Wei Du, Associate
Prior to CAPRA, Wei Du was the product manager of Johnson and Johnson. She brings 8 years experience in developing and implementing market strategy and carrying out feasibility studies in North America and China. Through her work with multinational healthcare companies such as J&J and Becton Dickinson, she has accumulated profound knowledge in regulatory affair, customer relationship and distribution management of China's healthcare market. |
Wei speaks fluent Mandarin and English. She holds a bachelor degree of medicine from Peking University, China and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, United States.
